Creating your account and verifying your identity

Creating a Quartz/24 account includes identity verification and confirms the person opening the account is the individual on documents provided. You may only have one (1) login on our platform.

You need a current government-issued photo ID in your name. Didit reads a passport, a national identity card, a driver's licence, or a residence permit. Have the original document with you. If it has a back, the session asks for that side too.

You also take a live selfie in that same session. Didit checks that a real person is present, then matches the selfie to the portrait on the ID. Use the camera when the page asks for it, and follow the instructions on screen. A saved photo or a picture of another picture will not pass.

The document photo has to be readable. Keep the full document in the frame, including the corners, and avoid glare. The name, date of birth, and document dates need to be clear. If the image is blurry, cropped, expired, or does not match the selfie, you may be asked to submit it again.
